Safety guard with light curtain
The grid fence with safety light curtain ensures operator protection and prevents access to hazardous areas during the forming process. This solution improves workplace safety while ensuring efficient production processes.
Robot interface
The machine is equipped with an interface for use with robots or handling systems. The pre-configured interface allows smooth integration into production cells.
HV-head
The forming head can be pivoted between horizontal and vertical working position. The horizontal working position is particularly suitable for processing long tubes.
Extended force
The Wecomatic can be configured with increased force capacity for the inner and outer axes. This capability allows processing of thick-walled tubes and challenging forming geometries with higher force requirements. The increase in force improves process stability and expands the application range of the machine.
Extended forming length
Our flexible machine concept provides the option of increasing the forming length of the tool holder. This configuration enables the reliable production of longer geometries and ensures compliance with specific product requirements.
Extended diameter range
The technology can be adapted for processing tubes with diameters of up to 1200 mm. This enables flexible production for a wide range of industries and applications, especially for use in large diameter ranges.
