Cesam - Fire dampers

The system manufactures housings for fire dampers from pre-cut, thin-walled tubes.

After singulation, the tubes are placed in the Wecomatic IO-S 200, where all diameters and ribs are formed in a single tool. The formed tube is then transferred to the Tubex IO-S 200, which creates all the plateaus in a single stroke.

As a final step, round, oval, and T-shaped recesses are punched into the highly precise plateaus. All punching is performed with the tube held and positioned by the robot gripper.

The cell was designed for maximum flexibility, accommodating a diverse product range, and can be used for various products with minimal setup time.
